Includes brainstorming, identifying points and team members asked to do further detailed work. 2. Incorporate all results information in project pan and keep everyone up-to-date with project. 3. Update project plan regularly 4. Ensure project plan approved and released by customer (for official start) 5. Cover sheet should be signed and contain minimum information as project plan continually updates, to ensure everyone is up to date with current version plan should be available in online version. ####  **Cover sheet contains:** - Project name - Order no. - Distribution list including: Name, Function, Email, Phone - Created by - Functional manager
