The second style is the collaborative style, which is compared to an owl. In this style, you listen to others carefully and cooperate with them to find the best possible solution. This style is used to achieve a win-win situation for everyone involved, as you want to satisfy each party.

The third style is the compromise style, which is associated with the behavior of a fox. In this style, you aim to find a solution that works for everyone. However, not everyone might be entirely satisfied with the outcome as some compromises may have to be made. This style is often used to meet deadlines or avoid any loss.

The fourth style is the accommodating style, which is compared to a teddy bear. In this style, you prioritize the wishes and needs of others, such as clients and employees, over your own needs. You are willing to make sacrifices to ensure that everyone is satisfied. 

Finally, the fifth style is the avoiding style, which is associated with the behavior of a turtle. In this style, you avoid getting involved in difficult situations or conversations, as you do not want to hurt anyone or because you are not interested in the matter. This style is best used when you know that you cannot win a conversation. However, this is generally considered a weak style of conflict resolution.

It is crucial to note that every situation and conversation is different, and they can take a different turn. Therefore, it is essential to understand and choose the appropriate style for each situation to manage conflicts effectively.
